Onboarding Manager at Xello,12 Aug 2025 at 08:46 pmSalutations, Jossue here. I found this platform months ago on Instagram after I came across their highly educational posts on project management. I’ve been studying this topic since the start of this year and it has really sparked my interest, as I plan to start helping others in my community (entrepreneurs, small orgs) using project management as both a skill and a role. My hope here is to learn how from other people experiences and hopefully connect with other members IRL (Vancouver, BC) as I continue my learning journey. Cheers!

Consultant, Trainer & Coach at Kayla Paulson, LLC,12 Aug 2025 at 02:44 pmHi, I am Kayla Paulson, CVA, an accidental project manager. 🙂 Having spent much of my career in the health and human services industry, I have had decades of experience leading community-based collaborative projects that expand outside of the organizations that I have worked for. I am neurodivergent and often see and approach things from a nontraditional perspective. I love helping nonprofits invite the community in to serve with them and advance their mission, assisting comapnies with embedding volunteer engagement strategies into their CSR and Talent Development efforts to increase the return on investment, and supporting individuals who want to level up their skills or expand the breadth and depth of their experience through volunteerism to help them launch the next chapter of their professional career. I am happy to connect with this community and continue to refine my project management skills.

Program Coordinator at Yorkville University,11 Aug 2025 at 04:58 amI’ve been exploring how generative AI is reshaping decision-making in Agile project management. Many tools like Jira and ClickUp now offer AI features for backlog prioritization, scheduling, and risk alerts.
I’ve been developing the AI Conductor Model, which repositions the project manager from being a task overseer to a coordinator who guides AI inputs, reviews outputs, and ensures ethical use. In this model, AI does the repetitive, data-heavy work, but the PM stays in control of decisions that require context, judgment, and stakeholder alignment.
Here’s a visual mockup of what such a dashboard might look like, with panels for AI recommendations, bias alerts, decision approvals, and team alignment notes.
I’d love to hear from other PMs, Agile practitioners, and researchers:
- What do you think of this “conductor” framing?
- What risks or opportunities do you see in this kind of human–AI collaboration?
- Which competencies should be prioritized for PMs in this new environment?
