Please reset your password from the IPM Hub login page, using the “Reset your password” option there. 

Important: don’t use a password reset option inside Moodle itself, as this can cause your Moodle and IPM Hub login details to fall out of sync and lead to login errors. Always reset your password via the IPM Hub.
