<title>Most organizations don’t struggle with strategy.
They struggle with turning decisions into sustained results.

I work with strategy, execution, and organizational design, helping organizations reduce the gap between what they decide and what actually changes.

Over the past years, I’ve supported public and private organizations in complex transformation contexts, where priorities compete, execution fragments, and outcomes are difficult to sustain. Across these environments, I’ve seen a recurring pattern: effort increases, activity grows, but impact remains fragile.

My work focuses on designing systems that make better decisions repeatable:
• Translating strategic intent into clear decision criteria
• Connecting day-to-day execution with measurable outcomes
• Embedding learning and governance early, not as a reaction to failure
• Designing operating models that scale without relying on heroes

Alongside my consulting work, I founded DOBLERRE, a platform where I develop and apply the 2RWoW - The DOBLERRE Way of Working&#x2122;: a system to help organizations move from strategy to sustainable results with clarity and coherence.

I’m particularly interested in roles and contexts where:
• Strategy needs to survive contact with reality
• Execution requires structural thinking, not just speed
• Transformation is treated as a system, not a set of initiatives
