Hi, I’m Ryan Coylel, I am an experienced ESCM currently working on a solar farm project, where I’ve spent the past year navigating complex challenges and helping to steer the project toward successful completion. With a strong background in the wind energy sector, I bring hands-on knowledge of the practical conditions and daily challenges faced by site operatives. I’m now looking to take the next step in my career by transitioning into a Project Manager role. To support this progression, I’ve recently completed the Project Management Foundations Certificate through LinkedIn Learning.

This is a comprehensive and timely perspective on what leadership demands in the AI era – thank you for sharing, Luis.

The emphasis on transparency, accountability, and human-AI synergy is particularly relevant. It’s a reminder that while technology can enhance efficiency, it’s ultimately human judgment, empathy, and adaptability that define strong leadership.

Looking forward to seeing how more organisations embrace these principles as they evolve.
