Accounting Admin at Timberlake & Dickson,09 Oct 2025 at 06:33 pmHello, I’m Sarah, working on my bachelor’s degree in Project Management. I currently work in accounting for an HVAC distributor rep in Dallas, TX.
Conflict in the workplace is inevitable—but it doesn’t have to be destructive. Stephen Haunts, in his work for Pluralsight, outlines a clear path from tension to resolution, helping professionals navigate disagreements with structure and empathy.
By understanding the stages to resolution, project leaders can prevent small issues from becoming major roadblocks, strengthen team relationships, and foster a culture of trust. In high-pressure project environments, this skill is not just valuable—it’s essential for sustained success.
Want to strengthen your conflict management skills and lead with confidence?
