The Lean Startup Strategy is a method for building startups that emphasises rapid experimentation, customer feedback, and efficient use of resources to reduce the risk of failure and increase the odds of success.

Hi Toyin. In my experience, the key has been slowing down enough to check in with the team. I’ve learnt that no matter how strong the plan is, if people don’t feel supported, resistance creeps in. By giving them space to share their thoughts and acknowledging what’s difficult, the transition becomes less about managing pushback and more about building confidence together.
