I have a master’s in Energy Transition from the University of Groningen (Netherlands), and I specialize in sustainable investing (environmental, social, and governance (ESG)) at Harvard Business School and Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies at Stanford University. Developed over 50 feasibility studies for renewable energy projects (wind, solar, small hydro). Managed more than 35 renewable energy projects implemented based on the Net Metering supporting the scheme and 14 projects based on Feed-in-Tariff with a cumulative capacity of around 22 MW of solar and wind. Involved in developing National Action Plans for the Energy Sector and the Climate Change Adaptation Strategies, and National Energy Efficiency Action Plans. Over 20 years of experience in the energy sector and a strong track record of managing and delivering complex projects with a cumulative budget of around 38 M EUR funded by different donors such as the European Union, UNDP, EBRD, JICA, GEF, GCF, and EIB.

With over a decade of experience in the humanitarian aid sector, I currently serve as the Country Representative at arche nova in Ukraine, where I lead the country team in implementing projects to address the needs of conflict-affected populations. I am passionate about bringing strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to impact, fostering partnerships and delivering sustainable solutions aligned with arche nova’s vision of supporting those in need during crises.
