About

Ramya Susmitha is a Research Associate working on industry and company research, focusing on how business strategies translate into performance across sectors. She researches industries including steel, two-wheelers, retail, and pharmaceuticals, conducting data collection and strategic analysis to prepare research reports and briefs. As part of Amazon’s SDS Collab House Project, she contributed process improvement ideas by identifying recurring operational issues and policy gaps. She was one of the winners of that project, and the company implemented some of her suggestions to improve customer trust and satisfaction.
