Hello , i am Peris Kerubo and For the past six years, I've been immersed in the world of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). It has been incredibly rewarding to see how data can tell a story, revealing what's working, what's not, and ultimately, how we can make programs better. I've had the opportunity to build M&E systems from the ground up, getting to know programs inside and out, and working closely with everyone from program staff on the front lines. I'm a firm believer in the power of data, but more importantly, I believe in the power of people. For me, M&E isn't just about numbers; it's about understanding the real-world impact of programs on people's lives and using that understanding to drive positive change. I'm always eager to learn and grow, and I'm excited to continue contributing to the field of M&E
