in 2023 i decided to write this Booklet for myself summarising a decade of experiences with ideas emerging from lessens learned , then decided to share it with others , so far reaching +900 views and +1500 views from snipped illustrations on LinkedIn ,

the construction industry is by far the most complicated to be managed , i hope that this booklet serves you well and would love to get your honest feedback on the topic.
