2 LikesA great reminder that strong teams don’t just “happen” — they evolve. I’ve seen how recognising these stages (especially the sometimes-messy “storming” phase!) helps manage expectations and keep momentum steady.
In my experience, teams become truly productive when there’s clarity of purpose, psychological safety, and consistent communication — especially in cross-functional or hybrid setups. When people feel aligned and trusted, collaboration flows naturally.
