I am Nadja El Fertasi, founder of Thrive with EQ &#8211; a mission to equip every generation in the board room, at home and the spaces in between with emotional intelligence and resiliency skills for the digital age. My focus is on teaching emotional intelligence as a skill to foster digital safety and resilience, leadership resilience and well-being. My background stems from a nearly two-decade career at NATO in the world&#8217;s largest security and crisis management as stakeholder engagement executive in my most recent position. Now I leverage the power of authentic and artificial intelligence to teach leaders how to up skill in the age of AI through emotional intelligence. Project management is the foundation for change management regarding policies, plans and processes whilst emotional intelligence helps you manage change with people, which is a whole other dimension of change.
