It has been incredibly rewarding to see how data can tell a story, revealing what’s working, what’s not, and ultimately, how we can make programs better. I’ve had the opportunity to build M&E systems from the ground up, getting to know programs inside and out, and working closely with everyone from program staff on the front lines.
