Hi everyone, Thank you for inviting me to be part of your community. I am Nadja El Fertasi, founder of Thrive with EQ – a mission to equip every generation in the board room, at home and the spaces in between with emotional intelligence and resiliency skills for the digital age. My focus is on teaching emotional intelligence as a skill to foster digital safety and resilience, leadership resilience and well-being. My background stems from a nearly two-decade career at NATO in the world’s largest security and crisis management as stakeholder engagement executive in my most recent position.
