I’ve seen firsthand how even small integrations of AI-driven tools (for task automation, reporting, or content analysis) can transform cross-functional collaboration — freeing teams to focus on higher-value work and strategy.
I’m particularly interested in exploring how “agentic AI” might help strengthen project governance — improving visibility across vendor ecosystems, predicting risks, and supporting more data-informed decisions.
