Project Manager at Bureau,30 Oct 2025 at 03:30 pmHi everyone. I’m Arun, a project manager in financial services based in the US. I am based in ireland. I deliver identity verification and fraud-prevention products end-to-end, including KYC and KYB, EU bank account verification, QES signing, device intelligence, Australia DVS, South Africa NIN, and transaction monitoring. I usually run six to seven projects at once with product, engineering, and client teams, and I keep scope, risk, and decisions crystal clear. MSc in Project Management from UCD with Scrum, PRINCE2, and Azure Fundamentals. Here’s the thing I care about most: shipping on time without surprises. I’m keen to swap battle-tested tools like estimation models, risk registers, and go-live checklists, and to learn how you structure governance for multi-country rollouts. If that resonates, let’s connect.

Ask yourself: are your systems built for efficiency—or exhaustion?
