  • In project management, your value doesn’t lie in doing everything yourself. It lies in empowering your team to grow, contribute, and lead.

    When you delegate:

    • You drive skill growth and nurture leadership.
    • You free your time to focus on strategy and stakeholder alignment.
    • You gain fresh perspectives, spark innovation, and avoid burnout.

High-performing project managers delegate with intention and support their teams with the right resources and clarity.

Seeds of Knowledge was created with a simple but powerful vision: to inspire growth, curiosity, and transformation in education. Over the years, it has served as a platform for dialogue, innovation, and collaboration, bringing together educators and leaders who shared a belief in the power of learning to change lives.
From pioneering workshops to thought-provoking research, Seeds of Knowledge has been dedicated to exploring new approaches that nurture both teachers and learners. It created spaces where ideas could take root, where challenges could be reframed as opportunities, and where the conversation about the future of education was always moving forward.
While the initiative has now drawn to a close in its original form, the legacy of Seeds of Knowledge remains in the conversations sparked, the practices influenced, and the connections built. Its greatest success lies not in any single programme or publication, but in the… Read more

I am an experienced Project Manager with over 16 years of expertise leading complex IT/AV integration projects, programs, and PMO initiatives. Throughout my career, I’ve managed large-scale implementations across industries, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. Beyond execution and process optimization, I am deeply passionate about advancing mental well-being in project management. I believe that sustainable project success is built not only on strong planning and governance but also on fostering resilience, psychological safety, and mindful leadership within teams. This focus has shaped both my professional practice and my work as the author of Mindful Management: Navigating Project Success through Mental Health and Process Innovation, as well as ongoing consulting and research in organizational effectiveness and workplace mental health.

    • The Lean Startup Strategy is a method for building startups that emphasises rapid experimentation, customer feedback, and efficient use of resources to reduce the risk of failure and increase the odds of success.

It was popularised by Eric Ries in his book The Lean Startup, and it flips the traditional “build it, launch it, hope it works” approach on its head.

The Lean Startup method helps entrepreneurs:

      • Reduce wasted effort and investment
      • Build products people actually want
      • Increase speed to market
      • Stay adaptable in uncertain, fast-changing environments

Hi Toyin. In my experience, the key has been slowing down enough to check in with the team. I’ve learnt that no matter how strong the plan is, if people don’t feel supported, resistance creeps in. By giving them space to share their thoughts and acknowledging what’s difficult, the transition becomes less about managing pushback and more about building confidence together.
