In today’s dynamic business environments, many leaders face a fundamental question:
What is the most suitable methodology for developing and executing organizational strategies?
Should we adopt the traditional ( Waterfall methodology), with its clear and sequential steps? Or should we rely on the (Agile methodology) to adapt continuously to ongoing changes?The answer depends on the nature of the strategy itself, how clear the vision is, and whether the surrounding market variables are stable or constantly evolving.

It allows us to plan in smaller increments, deliver faster, and make adjustments based on what works. It’s been particularly helpful when running campaigns and projects that need to respond to real-time feedback. Is it always the best way? Not necessarily—but for teams working in fast-moving environments, it can really help. There’s still so much to explore and learn—so I’m really glad you brought this up.
