Project Manager - at Aviation,02 Nov 2025 at 11:55 amLessons learned from recent projects.
Hello everyone, as a young project manager I have been thinking a lot lately about the importance of keeping a lessons learned doc, and reflecting on this documents regularly. That being said I was wondering if anyone would like to share some recent lessons you have been thinking about, be it from a past project or one which is still ongoing.

Líder de la PMO at United Security Technology,01 Nov 2025 at 05:45 amWe keep saying “empower your team.”
Maybe it’s time to say “trust their agency.”We don’t need more empowered people.
We need agentic ones.“Empowerment” sounds nice.
But think about it.
It means someone gives you power.
Which also means they can take it back.Agency is different.
It’s already yours.
It’s the quiet drive to act.
To decide. To shape what happens without waiting for permission.
Leaders can’t give agency.
But they can make space for it.
With trust.
With encouragement.
With room to try and fail.Agentic people don’t wait for the green light.
They build the road. That’s the shift.
From control to co-creation.
From “you may” to “I will”.Because the future won’t belong to the most empowered.
It’ll belong to the most agentic.
💭 What’s one way you create space for agency in your team?
