I wrote a paper about having this 2 d shape be the bases of project management when we live in a 3d world. why dont we reset it toa pyramid an then when side is changed its obvious the impact and makes the stakeholder or teh person who is causing teh scope creep aware better of the effects they are causing.

Do we think that just because something may never happen it deserves less than one that is prevalent even when teh impact of the second is far less that the improbable ?
