About

I am pioneering neuroeconomics to propel strategic intelligence and conscious leadership in my doctoral research to create strategic alignment. I educate through keynotes and workshops on global stages to maximize value, close the strategy-to-value gap for increased ROI, and create socio-economic growth.

With two decades of experience in Tech, PM, business transformation, and organizational change, my career spans the Energy, Financial Services, and IT sectors across startups, public, and private sectors.

I was raised by an economist and an entrepreneur who championed innovative ideas with strong community values, inspiring resources to break new ground. All of these attributes and more are in my DNA.

Projects are not just about solving “problems”.

When we hear the word problem, we often think of something negative. But in project management, a “problem” can be both negative and positive.

    For example:

A negative problem: fixing a system failure.

A positive problem: developing a new product or entering a new market.

In both cases, the challenge is what sparks a project.

This perspective helps us shift from thinking of projects as “firefighting” to seeing them as opportunities for growth and innovation.

    What do you think?

When you hear the word problem in a project context, do you see it as a challenge to overcome or as an opportunity to create something new?

I like how you framed that, Sarika. I’ve found the toughest part is recognizing when a problem is simply something to overcome quickly, and when it’s an opening to innovate. Both require different mindsets – resilience for one, curiosity for the other – and switching between them is where a lot of growth happens.

    • Change management is the structured approach to helping individuals, teams, and organisations shift to new ways of working. It typically involves three key phases:

      • Unfreeze: Preparing individuals and systems for change by challenging the status quo.
      • Change: Implementing the new way of working through communication, training, and support.
      • Refreeze: Embedding the change to create lasting impact and new standards.
