Hi! I’m an aspiring Project Manager with a strong background in operational delivery and stakeholder mangaement within service-led environments. I have extensive experience coordinating people, timelines and priorities as well as bringing clarity and structure to complex workflows. I would love to complete the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certification to formalise practical experience and support my transition hopefully into creative project delivery roles.

Hi all, I currently work as a Senior Marketing Project Specialist based in West Cork in Ireland for a remote first company. I have been leading teams to deliver global projects for the bones of 4 years now and have worked both in-house and in client facing roles rolling from operations and team leadership into full time project management. The bulk of my work to date has been for tech companies in start-up mode and so I am most experienced in agile methodologies. I am passionate about supporting and advocating for the teams I lead and as the complexity of the projects increases I look to find operational efficiencies and automations whenever I can, so I am super intereseted to hear about the new tools and AI enhancements everyone is leveraging!
