About
I am a Project Manager, a PhD Researcher in Project Management, a Storyteller, a Life Story Coach, a Digital Creator, a Travel Blogger, an Author, and a Speaker who believes that making an impact is more critical than receiving applause. My work helps individuals and teams turn ideas into meaningful results. Through project management, research, coaching, and digital storytelling, I create environments where clarity replaces confusion, confidence overcomes self-doubt, and purpose fuels performance. Whether I'm leading projects, conducting research, coaching life stories, or creating content, my goal stays the same: to empower people to find their voice, tell their story, and fully engage in their work. Much of my work stems from a deep understanding of imposter syndrome, visibility, and the quiet pressure to diminish oneself. I write, speak, and create content for people who have been conditioned to be humble at the expense of being noticed. Through my storytelling and authorship, I challenge the idea that remaining invisible is a virtue and remind others that owning your voice is not arrogance; it is Leadership. Beyond professional settings, I use digital creation, travel, and storytelling as tools for reflection, healing, and well-being. Through travel blogging and content creation, I document lived experiences, lessons from different places, and the quiet growth that comes from leaving familiar environments. These stories support my belief that development is holistic, shaped not only by our work but also by how we live, rest, and reconnect with ourselves. If you're attracted to purpose over applause, growth through learning, and leadership rooted in authenticity, you're in the right place. This space is for ideas, stories, and conversations that empower, motivate, and inspire. Let’s keep learning, unlearning, and growing together. She is a recognised expert in project management, specialising in project design, planning, and implementation across Africa. Eunice has been and continues to be a teacher and mentor to project managers worldwide.
