While checking my profile, I find that my article at the following page is shown as Resource contributed by me:

But the following are not shown even when clicking the link to all resources by the member

and

[these two also on https://projectmanagement.ie/blog/XXXXXX/ where XXXXXX denotes title]

Additionally, the same profile has my two photographs, the more recent one not showing on Profile page, but in the thumbnail beside my name on feed.

Can anyone please advise me how to resolve the two issues?

A great reminder that strong teams don’t just “happen” — they evolve. I’ve seen how recognising these stages (especially the sometimes-messy “storming” phase!) helps manage expectations and keep momentum steady.
In my experience, teams become truly productive when there’s clarity of purpose, psychological safety, and consistent communication — especially in cross-functional or hybrid setups. When people feel aligned and trusted, collaboration flows naturally.
Thanks for sharing this — it’s always good to revisit these fundamentals, no matter how experienced we are as project managers.
