The tools to build AI are evolving into systems that may operate beyond conventional oversight, and many are already behind in grasping the implications of either AI or quantum technologies. This gap in understanding, combined with the speed of innovation, creates real risks around ethics, security, decision-making, and governance. It’s not just about leveraging AI as a tool—it’s about managing it responsibly to prevent unintended consequences before they happen.
