After earning my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Marmara University, I spent the first five years of my career working on diverse design and production projects, as well as in international technical sales and exports. I joined Ford Otosan in January 2008 and worked there for over 15 years, 12 of which were in various leadership roles. In 2015, I was assigned to the Ford Motor Company’s Dunton Technical Center in the UK to lead a product development team for the New Generation Focus project, returning to Turkey in 2018. Alongside my product development responsibilities, I also served as a Six Sigma Black Belt for many years. In 2020, I transitioned to the role of Agile Coach to contribute to the organization’s Agile transformation. In this capacity, I supported more than 70 teams and served as the enterprise coach for two business areas, encompassing approximately 2,000 people. In September 2023, I established [Okyanus Transformation Consultancy](https://okyanusdonusum.com.tr/), offering Corporate Transformation, Consulting, and Training services. I provide bespoke agile transformation and change management services, trainings on agile mindset and methods, leadership development programs, and licensed Management 3.0 workshops. My coaching approach is a distinguishing feature throughout all my work. I also strive to create social impact through professional coaching and mentoring with YeniBirLider Foundation. Additionally, I am a member of the Agile Turkiye community and teach Introduction to Corporate Governance for Engineers at Marmara University Faculty of Engineering as a guest lecturer.
