I’m pleased to contribute to the Institute of Project Management community with my latest article: “From PM Competence to Organisational Impact: How Modern PMOs Create Strategic Value”

The article explores how organisations can strengthen strategy execution by connecting professional competence, effective project governance, organisational capability and benefits realisation.

I hope it contributes to the ongoing discussion on how organisations can create lasting organisational value.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts and experiences.
