Program Manager at Eventbrite,10 Nov 2025 at 10:34 amHello all- I’m Irene Milton, a Program Manager in Operational Excellence on the Customer side of Eventbrite. I’m passionate about all things organization and process improvement. With my energy and drive to streamline how we work, I’ve built a reputation as someone who brings focus, clarity, and momentum to any team I join. 🙌
In project and team environments, the way you frame goals can shape focus, collaboration, and even culture. That’s why methods like SMART, FAST, and CLEAR go beyond personal development to being tools for strategic leadership.
- SMART goals provide structure to a vision and are ideal for individuals or teams that need clarity and measurable benchmarks.
- FAST goals are ideal for fast-paced, evolving environments where agility, alignment, and swift decision-making are essential.
- CLEAR goals emphasise shared understanding, thus, perfect for collaborative teams where cohesion and buy-in matter just as much as outcomes.
Each method reflects a distinct approach to thinking about progress: structured, accelerated, or simplified. The key is knowing which one fits your team’s needs, stage, and pace.
Gain insights on how to support your team better during execution:…
