<p>Every change creates impact, which is why the human factor must come before processes and tools. Proper stakeholder mapping, aligned with an engaged sponsor, already helps reduce a large part of resistance.</p>
<p>Another key point is that there is no single approach. Each client has a different level of maturity, culture, and expectations. I’ve worked in scenarios where I had to lead everything, and others where the client required a more strategic level, adaptability is essential.</p>
<p>Often, what looks like resistance is not about the change itself, but a lack of clarity, communication, or alignment.</p>
<p>In my view, project management stops supporting change when it becomes too rigid. It becomes an enabler when it balances governance with flexibility and keeps people at the center.</p>
