<p>also white collar workers spending most of their time reviewing documents bending their neck forward,  both blue and white collars suffer silently from nagging pain and stiffness ,</p>
<p>from my personal experience and others that i observed, physical pain can translate negatively into your construction site , therefore taking preventive measures through raising awareness about health and fitness is crucial for a healthier workplace</p>

<p>to do so you need at least two weeks-look ahead in terms of project schedule to anticipate unwanted surprises , also construction professional with that proactive mindset , you can also use &#8221; the last planner system &#8221; to pull information from different stakeholders to facilitate coordination </p>

<p>2- estimate activity duration and cost</p>
<p>3- measuring the progress daily to evaluate the situation and propose solutions if delays were detected </p>
<p>now to be honest it all starts with reading drawings , specs , bill of quantities , contract agreement (if possible) , local authorities requirements for the purpose of pulling all necessary information to construct the project , test it and deliver it to the end user , </p>

<p>however setting unreasonable deadlines is just not logic , you can &#8221; pull &#8221; the process by asking team members set their own suitable deadline dates and negotiate a common ground </p>
