Dr. Ahmad Taha, PhD, PMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, PMI PMO-CP, PRINCE 2, CBA, SFC is project management lecturer and consultant, he has more than 20 years of experience in the information technology field. He awarded his PhD in project management at Swiss Management University in April 2017 and the second PhD in digital transformation, November 2024.

I’ve seen firsthand how even small integrations of AI-driven tools (for task automation, reporting, or content analysis) can transform cross-functional collaboration — freeing teams to focus on higher-value work and strategy.
