Hi, I’m Lee Orchard-Pryce, an experienced Safety and Systems Manager with a proven ability to lead successful projects across our UK business. Over the past decade, my primary focus has been on Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) management, but I also bring 12 years of expertise in operational and manufacturing environments. In the last two years, I have spearheaded multiple projects aimed at reducing costs, minimizing waste, and maximizing efficiency within our manufacturing plants. I am passionate about continuous improvement and strategic problem-solving, which has led me to pursue a Project Management course to further enhance my skills. This additional knowledge will allow me to apply structured methodologies to drive process optimization, improve sustainability, and deliver long-term value to the business.
