Hi everyone, I teach project maangement, but there’s lots I don’t know. For example, I don’t really get Agile – I think I might be missing the point. Is it really a good way to plan and deliver projects??

Welcome, Chris, happy to see you here 🙂
Hi Chris, welcome to the community! Really appreciate your honesty—it’s such a refreshing way to start a conversation.😊 From my experience in marketing, Agile’s strength lies in its flexibility. It allows us to plan in smaller increments, deliver faster, and make adjustments based on what works. It’s been particularly helpful when running campaigns and projects that need to respond to real-time feedback. Is it always the best way? Not necessarily—but for teams working in fast-moving environments, it can really help. There’s still so much to explore and learn—so I’m really glad you brought this up. Keen to hear what others think too!
