*Professional Development Units (PDUs) Explained Professional Development Units (PDUs) are one-hour blocks of time you spend learning, teaching, or volunteering concerning project management study. By accumulating and tracking these over a period of time, you can maintain your project management certification status. There is a variety of ways to earn PDUs. One way to earn PDUs is by creating content (articles or ebooks) related to project management studies. Submit your article.
